Steven is a nationally known respected expert in roofing consultation providing forensic investigations, systems expertise, expert witness and testimony and roofing consultations. A diverse base of clientele value Steven's comprehensive knowledge for roof inspections, surveys, analysis, testing, troubleshooting and roof designs. Steven has provided design and specification development for new and existing commercial, industrial, institutional and high-end residential construction projects including historical restoration, slate, clay/concrete tile and copper roofing projects.

Steven is a graduate of Washington University of St. Louis' School of Architecture. With more than 38 years experience in the roofing industry Steven offers knowledge from all aspects of roofing – working on the front lines of some of our country's most catastrophic weather events. He also provides first response forensic analysis and redesign of large complex commercial and industrial roof systems and as lead/foreman for large roofing contractors installing commercial, industrial, residential and historical roof systems. Steven offers unmatched expertise that delivers the finest and most comprehensive roof consulting services available.

Christopher has been with Grayco since 2008 and is involved in the day to day business operations, inspections, report production and specification development for all Grayco projects. Christopher is a graduate of Central Missouri State University.

Robert Boessen is a nationally known respected expert in roofing consultation. Robert holds the Registered Roof Consultant (RRC) a designation from RCI Inc. and the Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) designation from the Construction Specifications Institute. Robert has a pivotal role in mentorship and technical review at Grayco. Robert serves as a Senior Consultant and member of the Grayco Technical Advisory Board.

Joseph Mileti has been in the commercial roofing industry since 1982. Joe spent most of his career with membrane and insulation manufacturers, managing technical service departments and resolving warranty claims. While at Johns Manville, he was a primary presenter for the industry acclaimed BURSI program which is the acronym of Better Understanding of Roof Systems Institute. Joe holds the Registered Roof Consultant and Registered Roof Observer professional designation from RCI Inc., the Construction Documents Technologist designation from the Construction Specifications Institute, in addition to Haag Engineering's Certified Roof Inspector and the state of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation's Roofing Contractor Qualifying Party designation. Joe is a graduate of Miami University of Ohio.

Dave joined Grayco in 2011 as a consultant and is involved in the documentation, analysis, and production of reports detailing the numerous onsite inspections that he is a part of on a daily basis from locations all across the country.

Before joining the Grayco team, Dave spent 27 years in the roofing industry specializing in commercial roofing. Dave’s roofing expertise has encompassed many angles of the industry, from foreman for large commercial roofing contractors installing a wide range of roofing systems including single ply, modified bitumen and BUR roof systems to project manager overseeing the entire bidding and installation process for both industrial and residential projects.

Dave attends and completes RCI and related continuing education classes and is working towards his RRO and RRC certifications.

Michael joined Grayco in 2010 and as a Associate Roof Consultant is involved in the documentation, analysis and production of reports detailing the numerous onsite inspections that he is part of on a daily basis from all locations across the country. Michael is a graduate of Central Missouri State University and worked for many years in the Civil Engineering field before becoming part of the Grayco team. Michael attends and completes RCI and related continuing education classes and is working towards his RRO and RRC certifications.
